Parts & labor backed
Qualifying repairs are covered for both the parts we install and the labor to install them. Coverage terms are provided in writing on your invoice.
It's on your invoice
Every job leaves with an itemized invoice listing the parts used and the coverage that applies. Keep it — that's your claim record.
Something not right? Come back
If a covered repair gives you trouble, call us first. We'd rather re-check the work ourselves than have you pay someone else to guess.
Good to know
- Coverage applies to the specific repair performed — it isn't a bumper-to-bumper vehicle warranty.
- Customer-supplied parts can't be covered under our parts warranty, though we'll still install them.
- Wear items (brake pads, wipers, filters) are covered against defects, not normal wear.
- Exact coverage length and mileage limits are confirmed on your invoice at the time of service.
